Portuguese cuisine has origins back to the time when the Portuguese sailors dominated the trade routes bringing spices via the spice route from around the world.
Unlike its neighbour Spain, Portuguese cuisine is more spicy in its flavours.
Join our Chef Tutor in the exploration of these flavours from Piri Piri spice to the delicious custard tart.
Through demo and hands on, working together we will produce classics such as :-
Piri Piri Chicken
Deep fried green beans with a green olive dip
Fish chowder
Salad of black-eyed beans and tuna
Pastel de nata
But this may be subject to seasonal variations and Chef Tutors preference
