Half Beast Butchery

This is a privately booked class, priced per person, in collaboration with the Meat Hut Butchers, Longhope
It will be date & season dependant.
Guests are guided by our master butcher to breakdown a half carcuss of either goat/pig/sheep into the individual cuts, your meat will then be vacuum packed to take home.
Other meats and game may be available throughout the year, please email [email protected] to confirm dates and price.
A light lunch will be prepared from the day's meat.
