Join us in the Apple Barn for local dry aged steak cooked over wood fire & charcoal!

All meats locally reared. Butchered at The Meat Hut. Cooked over Birchwood Forestry wood & charcoal.

The meal will be served in our Apple Barn on communal tables for everyone to enjoy the food and experience together 

Ultimate Garlic Bread

Savoury doughnut filled with smoked cream cheese, garlic & mozzarella,

Glazed with cheddar, chive, black garlic & crispy onions

Steak Board

Slow smoked & charcoal seared tomahawk steak, served medium rare

Rosemary smoked & seared fillet steak, served very rare

Slow smoked shredded short rib

Earth oven roasted dauphinoise potatoes

Bone marrow & beef dripping butter

Ember roasted sweet onions

Miso roasted local squash
