Join us in the Apple Barn for real barbecue goodness. Quality food cooked over wood & charcoal 

 

All meats locally reared. Butchered at The Meat Hut 

Smoked over Birchwood Forestry oak, cherry & apple wood 

All rubs & sauces made in-house by our chefs 

 

The meal will be served on large communal tables for everyone to enjoy the food & experience together

Babyback ribs in Boshiberri dry rub, a sweet spiced fermented blueberry mix 

Plump Hill GOS belly pork burnt ends, in Abbi’s Famous Bourbon BBQ Sauce  

Smoked chicken leg in kimchi spice dry rub, glazed with Korean BBQ sauce   

Longhope beef short rib in SPGC rub
