Who doesn't love a doughnut??
Using both yeast and baking powder you will learn how to make a range of doughnuts and how finish them.
Whether it's a sugar, jam, Strawberries and cream or millionaire shortbread finish.
You will make a range of doughnuts to please every palette.
Professor Pastry, Andy, will through demonstration and hands on experience show you a number of different doughs, take you through the frying process and then finishing. So you will be able to take home a range of doughnuts to share with family and friends (that's if they get home!)
