Cooking with Fire & Smoke – Woodfired Pizza – Sourdough & Yeasted Dough 10-4
Spend the day with our Fire Chef learning the craft of the pizzaioli!
You will learn classic Napolitana, Romana pizza al taglio & Calzone.
You will learn how to build a fire in our earth oven and feed that fire correctly to achieve cooking temperatures of up to 1000f!
You will be making, kneading & shaping pizza dough and cooking 3 styles of pizza in our massive woodfired earth oven.
We will use the finest local Shipton Mill flour, very local & seasonal ingredients, from Ragman’s Lane Farm, as toppings and Chef’s 10-year-old sourdough starter in the dough.
The class includes all ingredients, tea, coffee & cordial all day, lunch, and takeaway containers for anything left over.
