Cooking with Fire & Smoke – Steak Masterclass
On this class you will learn different cuts and grades of steaks, what to ask your butcher for and the best way to cook different steak using woodfire & charcoal.
We will cover older cuts, newer cuts, cheaper cuts, expensive cuts & alternative cuts.
Benefits of hanging, dry aging, tallow aging.
Your Chef Tutor will demo a selection of the steaks to be tasted, each finished differently with our range of seasonings. You will then choose from your selection of steaks which to cook and eat. The rest of your steaks will be vacuum packed for you to store at home.
Recipe packs will be available.
All ingredients, aprons, hot and cold drinks are provided.
