Cooking with Fire & Smoke – Skewer & Kebabs
Big skewers & Big Flavours!
This class is all about hot and fast charcoal grilling and food on sticks!
You will prepare a variety of different kebabs and skewers from different cuisines, to be cooked over local charcoal. Chef will prepare some side dishes to go with your kebabs, the bar will be open and takeaway containers available if needed.
