Cooking with Fire & Smoke - Butchery & BBQ
Each class will concentrate on a different meat -
29th March 2025 Lamb,
30th July 2025 Beef,
27th August Pork,
30th October Game,
In collaboration with the Meat Hut butchers, Longhope
The class will start with a butchery masterclass with Jon from the Meat Hut guiding you through a breakdown of joints of meat into some simple and more complex cuts.
HBCS rubs and spice mixes will be available to pair with your cuts.
We will then light the fires and cook a few different cuts.
Everything left, we will vacuum pack for you to take home
