Cooking with Fire & Smoke - Bespoke Sausage Making & Grilling
In collaboration with the Meat Hut butchers, Longhope
Our master butcher will guide you through making assorted styles of sausages. We will discuss different types, flavours & styles, with tasters freshly grilled to give you inspiration and ideas.
Then it'll be over to you to mix, mince, stuff and tie your own bespoke range of sausages.
We will have a Sausage Off where everyone will grill a couple of their sausages to be tasted and compared & judged by our Chef & butcher.
Sausages are best left to hang and dry after they are made, so the rest of your sausages will then be taken home to hang.
