On this 3 hour class of pure chocolate indulgence, learn how to make your favourite chocolate bar at home!
Whether it is a Crunchie bar, Twix or brunch bar you will, through demonstrations and hands on experience get to make our versions of these favourite treats.
Andy, our sugar confectionary specialist, will cover a range of different filling recipes for example: nougat, caramel and shortcake and then we will move onto covering them in a chocolate of your choice. Will you go for plain, milk or white?
Tea, coffee and tastings will be available, and you will go home with some chocolate bars to share or not!
