Lamb Butchery - Spring/Summer
Learn from our Master Butcher, Jon from the Meat Hut Butchers, how to prepare lamb joints ready for cooking at home during the warmer months.
Jon will guide you how to remove the shank from a lamb leg, debone the leg and make into steaks. The steaks can then be marinated, and vac packed.
You will then learn to prepare the rack and breast. The rack then into cutlets. The breast into ribs to be marinated .
You will take away the shank, steaks, cutlets and ribs.
A recipe pack will be available.
