Learn from our Master Butcher, Jon from the Meat Hut Butchers, how to prepare whole chickens in a few different ways, ready for cooking at home.
Jon will guide you to breakdown 2 large chickens. The first in to legs, thighs & drumsticks. The breasts into supreme, with the bones kept for stock. Then Jon will show you how to debone and stuff a whole chicken. You will take everything home with you, vacuum packed to fridge or freeze at home.
A recipe pack will be available.
