NAKED CAKES including Drip, Illusion and Pinnata
Andy (aka Professor pastry) will take you through the process of producing a naked cake with a finishes to suit any celebration.
Though a series of demonstration and hands on experience you will learn how to produce your very own naked cake and learn about the various finishes that can be applied including dripping, illusions and pinata.
You will start by preparing and making the filling, ganache coating and dripping medium.
You will apply every element to the cake base provided and produce your very own themed cake.
You will be provided with a base cake to decorate.
Cake boards and box included.
Ingredients, packaging, aprons, hot and cold drinks are provided.
